At No Pork Pies it is our job to use and create cutting edge tools to maximise our client’s results and exposure. As a result of this we developed our Social CRM tool.

What is Social CRM?

There is a lot of debate around this, but our approach is it’s a Customer Relationship Management tool and process using Social Media channels. In a similar way to Email CRM where communication through email is stored against a contact record within a database, Social CRM stores Social Media communication against that same contact record.

Our Social CRM tool can integrate with your Facebook and Twitter account, as well as be used as an email CRM system. It also integrates Social Media Monitoring within the tool so we can identify where and when discussion takes place. Our Social CRM will then allow you to engage with the audience and store the conversation against a contact record (which can become a real person instead of a Social Media profile).

The benefit is a more efficient management process throughout the whole engagement process and taking Social Media ROI a step closer.
