It uses 3D modelling to build the car and then you can control the rotation using a web cam and a magazine.

It’s really impressive but makes me think about what else can be done with it. The idea that screen motion can be manipulated with a web cam means you could navigate a website through your hand movements and a web cam.
This can make website interaction between users pretty exciting – who knows, maybe social sites like facebook will allow users to play with objects between different users, (oh! sounds more like a porn site type of thing!!)
